Hi, I’m Hiba, Registered Dietitian Dietitian Nutritionist, and founder of Happy Energy Nutrition & Wellness. I am here to help you establish your own healthy relationship with food, assist you to understand your nutritional needs and counsel you towards meeting them. The results: Happy energy for you and your family!

If you’re here because your health and eating habits are not where you want them to be, and you want a program that is flexible, science-based, and individualized, you’ve come to the right place.

The Happy Energy Nutrition and Wellness program is not a strict diet, or a trendy food plan. It is an individualized, science-based approach that allows me to help you optimize your health and energy, without food being the main focus of your life. This will allow time and energy for the more important things in life.

During this 3-month program, a variety of nutrition and wellness topics are covered, including reducing stress around food, and setting a good example to your kids to help them develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Assessment

Detailed 90-minute initial nutrition and lifestyle assessment where you get to share your health and nutrition concerns, struggles, and goals! This is your time, and our chats are always a judgment-free zone.

Five bi-weekly 45-minute follow-up sessions, in addition to WhatsApp support twice/ week during the 3 months of the program

Ongoing Support

consisting of two, 45-minute follow-up sessions every 6 months for 1 year after program completion, so that you can be supported the best way possible
